these pics were taken to show the changing sea colour, even under a cloudless sky. They were taken within 15 minutes of each other (10am, Wed 20 Jan 2010), the first at sea level, the rest from Kloof Road behind Camps Bay High School. I think it is plankton, or else just a current pushing water of a different temperature? No seabirds diving or dolphins chasing. The conditions were southeasterly wind pushing offshore from Oudekraal and far out to sea, off Camps Bay. Inshore, relatively still. I used a polarizing filter to minimise the surface reflection...
