the red line shows the previous access.
this actually falls outside of the construction, but rubble was allowed to accumulate there, and it has now been 'landscaped'.
the net result is that public must walk over a gardened area that appears 'private', if you
want to get onto Moses Beach in winter when the sand level is low.
the pictures above taken from land, clearly show where the rubble has been dumped.
the rust marks on the granite correspond to where the builders scaffolding was placed.
